Ditto to all....sync both ways. A way to add re-occurring tasks would be nice as well.

Sorry guys, I will have to cancel my subscription without this fundamental function.

Capsule, you ned to get this sorted. It is crazy that I accept an invite from a client automatically into Google Calendar but it doesn't automatically go into Capsule. Knowing where my colleagues are, their availability and for them to see mine is a vital aspect of CRM. 1,008 customers have voted for this and the comments trail is THREE YEARS OLD!

What a joke. Cancelling. How could you leave this out??? This is step number 1 in a CRM!

c'mon guys, at least set our expectations, this is a very important feature that's missing... It's like driving a car without reverse

I have to join the chorus here. I use Google Apps extensively and LOVE the integration Capsule has with G Apps with this one exception and it is really disappointing. I could live with the one-way sync, but having the push of info be delayed by up to 24 hours is not cool (I live in Calif... that means it is a bummer. Uh... that means it is disappointing!) Please, PLEASE find a way for instant push of info to G calendar. Thanks for a great product!

2-way AND real time. Others can do it so there's obviously a method that works.

When this has been done together with the Andoid App I will be a payed User!

For the calendar to work within Capsule you need a start and finish time otherwise all we have is a list with no relation to time. Hardly practical if you are trying to schedule your day. When this is done get the Google sync sorted please

lots of people wanting the basic feature of using Google calendar in Capsule - it is a Google apps integrated service and contacts are integrated - no response from Capsule I can find to update if this is possible in future - I cant believe I have to type in on the 1st of each month Monthly Report for every case - tracking facility is rubbish as is based on the sales process, need management processes such as monthly tasks in a calendar

Why reinvent the wheel, integrating the Google calendar to be shared in capsule may be a better way to go. Not matter how hard you try and many have tried the features and the such of Google calendar are hard to beat.

2-way would be great but even more pressing is the need for Google Calendar to be updated immediately there is an update in Capsule. Currently the delay of 24 hours or more means that it is an unreliable system and can't be used for all appointments. I know it is apparently a problem from Google's side but if other apps can do it then there must be a way to sort it out with Google.

I would also love this feature.

Duncan - can you please provide an update on the feasibility / priority of this feature being implemented. It would help manage your customers' expectations. Apologies if this has already been stated, but I haven't managed to find it.

I am really starting to love Capsule, but the delay in syncing with gCal is troublesome. Has anyone figured out a workaround yet or is there a fix on the horizon? I have been timing it and it is almost 24 hours before an item on the Capsule calendar updates on our master Google calendar. I have looked into Zapier, which really doesn't fix the problem (although great product).

I wish I could vote more for this. It's a pretty basic requirement that I see in all other CRMs. This is the only thing holding me back from being behind Capsule 100%. I really need real-time calendar syncing between capsule and google calendar with built-in default reminders. Nutshell does it and I switched from them to you and was surprised to find that you don't do it.

Yes Please! But first least can't we figure a way that uses push notification? It seems silly to bother subscribing to your Capsule calendar in GoogleCal if it will only update every 24 hours or so. Our schedule changes on an hourly basis. And sorry but Google's calendar is so much more feature rich, my people would rather use it than Capsule. The list go on about how much easier it is to use and that's to be expected as many hours of programming have been put into GoogleCal and it has been in use for awhile now. The problems with Capsules calendar start right from the get go where if you have any more that 4 or 5 tasks in a day, the calendar layout starts to get pretty darn funky. Now imagine if you have a team of just 10 people and they each had 2 task to complete a day. Fine if they want to only view their own tasks, but as a manager, I want to see everyone's tasks for the day at once. Eek.
